Expediting a Passport
You may expedite a passport application. You are required to submit the same proof of citizenship, passport photos, current identification and application in addition to the fees. Please note that the fees for the US Dept. of State and Washington County are separate fees and cannot be combined.
EXPRESS MAIL expediting is processed in approximately 2-3 weeks. Please include the following:
- One Express Mail envelope with one $19.95 Express Mail stamp and
- 16 & over: $182.85 (check or money order to U.S. Dept. of State) or
- 15 & under: $152.85 (check or money order to U.S. Dept. of State) and
- All applicants: $25.00 (cash, check, or money order to Washington County)
For travel in less than 14 days, you should make an appointment in Seattle.
VISAS
VISAS are issued through the host country’s consulate or embassy.
