This department records and files permanent records of deeds, mortgages, contracts and tax liens.
This office cannot:
- give legal advice
- help you fill out instruments
- tell you what type of instrument to use
If you need help you should contact an attorney or title company.
The Recording Office does not provide notary services. Notary services are typically provided by banks, attorneys' offices, and postal service stores.
You may view instruments in our office free of charge. Recorded documents are not available online at this time.
Instrument will be mailed back after recording.
Photocopies of instruments are also available by coming into the office or by mail.
Recording Hours are: Weekdays 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
