Liquor Licenses
Anyone who manufactures, distributes or sells alcoholic beverages in Oregon must be licensed by the Oregon Liquor Control Commission (OLCC). Local governments are required under Oregon law to make recommendations on state applications for liquor licenses for businesses located within their jurisdiction. In Washington County, businesses seeking liquor licenses that are located in the unincorporated area of the county must receive the County's recommendation before these applications can proceed.
Local Fees
Liquor license review fees for original applications, renewals or changes in ownership, location or privilege are all listed in the Washington County Fee Schedule.
