CPO Boundary Change Task Force

This group of involved citizens, city and county officials and staff from the Oregon State University Extension Service are tasked with developing consensus on criteria and a process under which cities could request changes to the boundaries of Washington County's Citizen Participation Organizations (CPOs). The CPO Boundary Change Task Force is charged with developing a recommendation for the County Administrative Office and Board of County Commissioners that could be fully supported by both the Committee for Citizen Involvement (CCI) and the cities in Washington County.

Final Report:

The final version of the Task Force's report is provided here. A presentation of this report to the Board of Commissioners is anticipated this summer.
