CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE AND EVALUATION REPORT (CAPER) FOR PROGRAM YEAR 2014/2015
Washington County and the City of Beaverton have prepared their 2014 CAPER report as required by federal regulations. The report details project accomplishments as well as expenditures throughout the period July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015 for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and the HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) Program. The purpose of the report is to measure to what extent the jurisdictions are meeting priority needs, goals and strategies as outlined in the 2010-2015 Consolidated Plan.
The report is presented in two volumes. Volume One contains the narrative describing the CDBG, ESG, and HOME activities according to HUD’s prescribed format. Volume Two contains reports generated from HUD’s Integrated Disbursement and Information System.
The report was due to HUD on September 25th, 2015. A 15-day public comment period on the report began on Wednesday, September 2nd and ran through Thursday, September 17th. A public hearing on September 17th was held to receive comments on the CAPER. The hearing was also an opportunity to accept public comment on housing and community development needs in the County.
HUD approved the final version of the CAPER on January 11, 2017.
