Christopher Carlile Pleads Guilty

On March 30, 2010, Christopher Carlile pleaded guilty to aggravated theft and promised to pay back $105,000 he swindled out of his victims. Judge Thomas Kohl gave him six months to repay the money or face prison time.

Prosecutor Bracken McKey said Carlile, 49, who lives in a $958,000 home on Bull Mountain, defrauded people and businesses from 2006 to 2008. His swindling adds up to at least $105,000, McKey said.

Carlile is scheduled for sentencing before Judge Thomas Kohl on September 30, 2010.
