Washington County's Strategic Plan envisions a community in which our children and families have access to the resources, support and cultural and recreational activities they need to reach their full potential. The County is developing a system of program delivery options that emphasizes prevention and works in concert with others to build livable, safe and vibrant communities for families of all kinds.
