Washington County Children and Family Services

(Formerly the Commission on Children and Families)

Washington County Children and Family Services (WCCFS) collaborates with a broad range of public and private and public organizations to facilitate planning, development and funding of community-based services designed to support the success and wellness of children, youth and families in Washington County.

This includes services to: promote parenting education: ensure that children zero through six are raised in stable and attached families and ready for school; support educational success among school-age children seven-18; promote family health, safety and economic security; support community engagement; and promote effective and responsive education, health and human service systems.

WCCFS also coordinates alcohol and drug prevention services in Washington County.
