REPORTS
Forms have been typewriter tool enabled. In order to type directly onto them click on the document, it should open with Adobe Reader (If you do not have Adobe Reader you can find the most current, free version here http://get.adobe.com/reader) then, click on tools, select typewriter tool, place cursor where you want, and begin typing.
