Children, Youth and Families

Washington County Children, Youth and Families (WCCYF) collaborates with a broad range of public and private organizations to facilitate system and policy development, planning and funding of community-based services designed to support the success and wellness of children, youth and families in Washington County. To help us reach our goals, WCCYF manages several programs and projects.

In partnership with United Way of the Columbia-Willamette, WCCYF serves as the region’s early learning hub, Early Learning Washington County.

Prevention Matters, the Washington County Alcohol and Drug Prevention Program, coordinates community efforts to reduce underage drinking and drug use among youth.

Designed to expand access to parenting education, Parenting Together serves youth by providing coordination of culturally responsive parenting education and family-centered community events.
