Housing and Care Services

Washington County offers a broad selection of housing options for disabled and elderly persons. We keep updated vacancies on local Adult Day Services, Adult Foster Homes, Residential Care Facilities, Assisted Living and Nursing Facilities. We also have home repair programs available for the disabled, elderly and those with low-income.
Each program has affordable options to promote the safety and independence of client's living in their home. Our site provides a link to the Oregon Home Care Commission Registry and Referral system. The system allows for registered Home Care Workers to update availability status while also allowing client's to search for a Home Care Worker that fits their preferences.
Lifespan Respite serves unpaid family caregivers caring for loved ones. Rest, relief and rejuvenation for the family caregiver are just some of the several things we offer. If you are a parent caring for a child or children with special needs, you can enjoy a Parents Night Out. We give parents a break by treating your kids to activities and movies in a safe and fun environment.
