Washington County residents age 60 and over may be able to obtain free legal services from the Oregon Law Center (OLC). OLC provides free civil legal services to low-income people. Through a contract with Washington County Disability, Aging & Veteran Services - DAVS, OLC is able to provide some services to seniors regardless of income.
Service priorities include: housing; defense of guardianship; prevention and rectification of abuse, neglect or exploitation; health care; long-term care issues; and problems with Social Security.
