Legal Assistance

 

Washington County residents ages 60 and over may be able to obtain free legal services from the Oregon Law Center (OLC). OLC provides free civil legal services to low-income people. Through a contract with Washington County Disability, Aging & Veteran Services , OLC is able to provide some services to seniors regardless of income. 

Service priorities include: housing, defense of guardianship, health care, long-term care issues, problems with Social Security, and prevention and rectification of abuse, neglect or exploitation. Other services may be available. Contact OLC at 503-640-4115. The Hillsboro Regional OLC office is located at 230 NE Second Ave, Suite A. You can learn more about OLC's services and access self-help legal resources at www.oregonlawhelp.org.
