Benefits Enrollment Center

Did you know that approximately 60% of seniors, veterans and persons with disabilities are not receiving the benefits for which they are entitled?  Many don't know they can receive these benefits, or find it difficult to make it to the various offices to fill out the paperwork.  Washington County's Benefits Enrollment Center, a program of Disability, Aging and Veterans Services, is a one-stop-benefits-shop that can help.

Some of the benefits for which our program screens for include food stamps, medicaid, energy assistance, property tax relief, prescription help and medicare savings programs.  A trained volunteer will come to your home, meet you at a senior center, or arrange another convenient place to meet in the community.

If you, or someone you know could utilize this service, please dial 1-855-ORE-ADRC (673-2372) and ask for the Benefits Enrollment Center.
