The Oregon Smokefree Workplace Law is designed to protect workers from secondhand smoke.  Effective January 1, 2009, the law was expanded to include protection of employees working in bars, bowling alleys, and bingo halls.  Employees and the public are able to report violations either by calling a toll-free number or completing an online complaint form.  Complaints will be investigated and violations pursued.

To request signs, such as the one displayed on this page, please contact us or order directly from the Oregon Tobacco Education Clearinghouse (OTEC) Catalog.
