Living Well with Chronic Conditions
Living Well with Chronic Conditions is a six-week workshop that provides tools for living a healthy life with chronic health conditions, including diabetes, cancer, arthritis, asthma and heart disease. For more information, visit the Oregon Health Authority.

Tomando Control de su Salud
Tomando Control de su Salud is a Spanish-language, culturally appropriate six-week workshop that provides tools for living a healthy life with chronic health conditions, including diabetes, cancer, arthritis, asthma and heart disease. It is similar to the Living Well with Chronic Conditions workshop. For more information, visit the Oregon Health Authority.

Walk with Ease
Walk with Ease is a six-week, community-based physical activity and self-management education program, led in groups by trained leaders. Participants receive health education tips, learn how to exercise safely and create a personal walking plan that fits their goals. Walk with Ease is specifically developed for adults with arthritis who want to be more physically active. However, the program is beneficial for anybody looking for a gentle exercise program. Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program
The Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program is designed specifically for people with arthritis and uses gentle activities to help increase joint flexibility and range of motion while maintaining muscle strength and decreasing pain.
