Service Description
Outpatient mental health services available to eligible youth and their families include a mental health assessment, individual, group and family counseling, skills training, parent education, case management, psychiatric evaluation and medication management. There are three different levels of outpatient services, and the frequency and amount of service will match the needs of the individual youth and their families.
Eligibility
Services are available to children and adolescents and their families who currently have:
* Oregon Health Plan with Washington County Health and Human Services as the Mental Health Organization
OR
* Children, adolescents and their families, who are low income, reside in Washington County and are uninsured.
In order to receive treatment, a child or adolescent must have a mental health disorder that is covered by the Oregon Health Plan and negatively impacts their ability to function at home, in school, or in the community.
