Clinic Locations

Washington County Department of Health and Human Services operates three clinics located in Hillsboro, Beaverton and Tigard, offering Family Planning Services, Immunization and Sexually Transmitted Disease testing and treatment.

Services are provided by appointment by calling 503-846-8851 (except for Teen Clinic, which is Walk-In only).

266 W. Main St., Hillsboro, OR

• Monday, Thursday, Friday: 7:45 AM – 12 PM, 12:45 - 5 PM
• Tuesday: 9:45 AM - 2 PM
• Wednesday: 12:45 - 5 PM, except fourth Wednesday: 7:45 AM - 12 PM, 12:45 - 5 PM
• Teen Clinic on Tuesdays from 3-7 PM. This is WALK-IN only. Please arrive by 6 PM at the latest to be seen that day. Be aware there could be a wait due to the walk-in nature of Teen Clinic.

To the Hillsboro Clinic going west on Hwy 26: Take Exit 62A - Cornelius Pass Rd South. Continue on Cornelius Pass Rd until Cornell Rd. Turn right onto Cornell Rd. Follow Cornell for a few miles, passing the airport and fairplex, until it turns to the left and into 10th St. Shortly after the curve you will come to Main St. Turn right on Main St. and follow Main St. past Adams Ave (across the railroad tracks). There is limited parking available in the parking lot on the left hand side of Main St between Adams Ave. and Bailey Ave.

To the Hillsboro Clinic going east (towards Portland) on Hwy 26: Take Exit 57 – Glencoe Rd - and turn right onto Glencoe Rd. Glencoe Rd turns into 1st Ave. Turn right on Main St and continue past Adams Ave and park in parking lot on left hand side, between Adams Ave. and Bailey Ave.

Beaverton Clinic

To the Beaverton Clinic from HWY 217:  Take the Highway 8 & 10 (Canyon Rd & Farmington Rd) exit. Take Highway 10 (Farmington Rd) West. You will pass Fred Meyer's and cross rail road tracks. Keep following until Watson Street, which is a one way to the left. Turn left on Watson and go straight for two blocks until 2nd St. Turn left on 2nd St. The Clinic is on the right hand side.

To the Beaverton Clinic coming East on TV Hwy:  Follow TV HWY to Beaverton where it turns into Canyon Rd. Follow Canyon Rd. into Beaverton until you get to Watson St. (There is a light.) Watson is a one way street going to the right. Turn right and go across Farmington Rd. and then go two more blocks until 2nd St. Take a left on 2nd St. and the clinic is on the right hand side.

Tigard Clinic

To the Tigard Clinic from Hwy 217: Take the Tigard Exit (99W) and travel south about three-quarter miles to SW Royalty Parkway. Turn left drive .2 mile; Turn right on SW Naeve Street.

To the Tigard Clinic from I-5 South:Take the McMinnville Tigard exit and travel South on Hwy 99W for approximately 3.6 miles to Royalty Parkway. Turn left drive .2 mile; Turn right on SW Naeve Street.

To the Tigard Clinic from Sherwood:  Travel north on Hwy 99W into King City to Royalty Parkway. Turn right drive .2 mile; Turn right on SW Naeve Street.
