Complaint Forms

File a Complaint

Residents and businesses can file complaints related to nuisance properties, solid waste/recycling collection service, or noise by submitting a Complaint Form linked below.

Location Matters

Before filing a complaint, please confirm that the property in question is located within the unincorporated area of Washington County. To confirm the address of the reported property, use this County InterMap mapping program

If the property is located within a City, not unincorporated Washington County, please contact the appropriate City to register your complaint.

Nuisance Complaints

Nuisance conditions such as garbage accumulation and the uncontrolled or uncultivated growth of weeds, brush or grass, can potentially create unreasonable disruption and unsafe conditions for neighboring properties.
