Washington County Technical Wasteshed Committee
The Washington County Technical Wasteshed Committee (WCTWC) is comprised of staff from the
Washington County Cooperative Recycling Program cities. The committee, established by the 2002 Intergovernmental Agreement, meets to discuss technical wasteshed topics and advise the Cooperative membership.
