• Solid Waste Collection Complaint Form  - Related to solid waste and recycling collection services
  Washington County Solid Waste & Recycling Administrative Rules 
  Collection service, provided by private companies, is governed by standards outlined in the County's Administrative Rules.

• Nuisance Complaint Form  - To report tall grass/weeds, excessive garbage, etc.
