Housing Advisory Committee

It is the mission of the Housing Authority Advisory Committee (HAC) to advise the Board of Commissioners on policy matters, identify housing issues, and recommend programs and services for the low and moderate income residents of Washington County.

 

Housing and Supportive Services Network

The mission of Housing and Supportive Services (HSSN) is to provide a coordinated and comprehensive community planning process to implement a Continuum of Care for individuals and families who are homeless or with special needs and to prevent a return to homelessness.

 

Resident Advisory Board

The Resident Advisory Board (RAB) provides the Housing Authority and the residents with a forum for sharing information about the Agency's Annual Plan.

 

Community Partners

The Department of Housing Services works in partnership with non-profits, other government agencies, and the private sector to deliver a wide range of programs and services.

 

Housing Authority Board of Directors

The Housing Authority of Washington County Board of Directors is made up of the members of the Washington County Commission plus two members of the Housing Advisory Committee.

 

Homeless Plan Advisory Committee

The purpose of the Homeless Plan Advisory Committee (HPAC) is to provide oversight to the implementation of the plan and leadership to effectively collaborate with state and local partners to develop additional resources to meet the ambitious goals included in "A Road Home: 10-Year Plan to End Homelessness".
