Neighborhood Meeting
Neighborhood meetings are meant to allow the 
surrounding neighbors and Citizen Participation Organizations the ability to voice their concerns about a proposed development so the developer can address these issues prior to the application submittal. Neighborhood meetings are only required for certain land use requests. Applications which require a Neighborhood meeting are:
- Applications inside the Urban Growth Boundary

- Partitions
- Subdivisions
- Type III Special Uses
- Type II Manufactured Dwelling Parks
- Type II Hardship Relief Variances
- Type III Variances
- Type II Alterations to a Nonconforming Use or Structure
- Residential Planned Developments
- Type II or Type III Development Review (When within or next to a residential district)
- Outside the Urban Growth Boundary

- Subdivisions - For developments with more than 10 new lots
- Type III Special Uses
- Type II New Rock/Gravel Quarries
- Type III Variances
- Type II Alterations to a Nonconforming Use or Structure
- Type II Hardship Relief Variance (Only applied to changing lot area)
- Type II or III Development Review (When within or next to a residential district)
