Public Notification

Public Notices are intended to inform neighbors that a property within the area has a Land Use Application being worked on by the County.  Current Planning does this by sending Public Notification Letters to neighbors surrounding the property which is requesting a Land Use Application.  Once neighbors in the surrounding area are informed by will have the opportunity to submit comments of Support OR Opposition.

Public notices are mailed to surrounding neighbors for all Type II and Type III applications.
