Work begins on 113th Avenue pedestrian pathway - Release date: 04/24/2017
Construction of a pedestrian pathway on the west side of 113th Avenue, between Anderson Street and Rainmont Boulevard, began today (April 24). The 5-foot-wide paved pathway will connect other existing pathway segments.

Aloha Tomorrow Open House April 18 - Release date: 04/04/2017
An open house for the Aloha Tomorrow project will be 6-8 p.m. April 18 at at Aloha High School, 18550 SW Kinnaman Road.
Jackson School Road closure April 7-10 - Release date: 04/03/2017
Meek Road remains closed at Jackson School Road due to weather-related delays. Dry days are needed to pave the connection between Meek Road and the new roundabout. Meek Road is expected to open May 1.
Update: Morgan Road closure delayed until May - Release date: 03/29/2017
UPDATE: The Morgan Road closure has been delayed until May to allow the contractor to complete preliminary work. The eventual closure involve raising the grade of Morgan Road to meet the new Tonquin Road alignment, part of the 124th Avenue Project.

Record rain fall continues to delay construction of a roundabout at Jackson School, Meek and Scotch Church roads, requiring postponement of the final pouring concrete and paving. The closure of Meek and Scotch Church roads has been extended through May 1.
