3:30 p.m. Jan. 14: All roads in Washington County are open. Crews have installed reader boards on Cornelius Pass Road, north of U.S. 26 and north of West Union Road making travelers aware that Cornelius Pass is closed in Multnomah County at Skyline.

Washington County road crews are doing their best to clear roads, but conditions remain hazardous. Traction devices are required on all Washington County roads; chains are required on vehicles that are towing.

Though the National Weather Service is reporting some warmer temperatures, and though some of the ice is starting to melt, road conditions remain hazardous. Washington County and Oregon Department of Transportation continue to encourage travelers to stay home, if possible.

Scotch Church Road to close for construction of a roundabout - Release date: 11/10/2016
