Spring Hill Road bridge construction begins July 10

Spring Hill Road bridge detour 2017Construction on the Spring Hill Road bridge at the Tualatin River Overflow is scheduled to start July 10, and will include a three-month road closure beginning July 17.

Traffic will be detoured onto SW Fern Hill Road and Tualatin Valley Highway/OR 47. (See map)

The existing wooden bridge, located south of Highway 47, will be removed once the road is closed. It will be replaced with a wider concrete bridge. The $3.1 million project is funded through the County's Major Streets Transportation Improvement Program (MSTIP) Phase 3d.
