Planning for the North Bethany Subarea is part of an ongoing process that started in 2009 with the adoption of A-Engrossed Ordinance No. 712 , was modified in 2010 with the adoption of A-Engrossed Ordinance No. 730 and will continue with this year with Ordinace 739.
