to the North Bethany Subarea Plan

Learn about and comment on Bethany Community Plan and Washington County Community Development Code proposed amendments addressing North Bethany Subarea Plan issues. (*These issues are carried forward from last year's ordinance processes.)
You will have an opportunity to review Ordinance 744, which will be filed shortly. This ordinance includes several proposed amendments addressing such issues as Road P-16 alignment and housekeeping amendments. Learn about opportunities to provide testimony or comments during the Public Hearings process.
You also will have opportunity to provide comments on upcoming proposed amendments addressing the following issues:
- Planned Development standards (including density bonuses)
- Cluster housing
- Work - force housing
- Land division standards for park lands
There will be no formal presentations; drop in anytime between 4 – 7 p.m.

At their December 6, 2011 Worksession, the Board of County Commissioners considered the draft Action Plan to complete the remaining Placeholder Issues for the North Bethany Subarea Plan. The final Action Plan is available at:
