Brookwood/Alexander Roundabout
This project is complete. The project started at the Brookwood Avenue/Witch Hazel Road intersection and continued south through Alexander Street ending near Lone Oak Street. A roundabout was built at the intersection of Brookwood and Alexander for the City of Hillsboro using City Traffic Impact Fees (TIF). The City required the roundabout to be constructed as a development condition for the Centex properties east and south of the intersection.
