Current Activity - construction
Activity Update 10/24/16: Construction on Farmington Road will result in closures of the outside lanes from 7 a.m.-5 p.m. Oct. 28-30, weather permitting. Closures of the inside lanes will occur from 7 a.m.-5 p.m. Nov. 4-6, weather permitting. Flaggers will be present. All travelers should use alternate routes, such as Tualatin Valley Highway and Allen Boulevard.
Night work will continue through Nov. 18 at Farmington and Murray Boulevard.
Activity Update 9/01/2016: Nighttime installation of a sanitary sewer, storm drains and water lines at the intersection of Farmington Road and Murray Boulevard will take traffic down to one lane from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. starting through October. Flaggers will be on site to direct traffic around the lane closures. All travelers are urged to use alternate routes, such as Allen Blvd or Tualatin-Valley Highway.
Activity Update 8/25/2016: Nighttime installation of a sanitary sewer, storm drains and water lines at the intersection of Farmington Road and Murray Boulevard will take traffic down to one lane from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. starting Sept. 5 through October.
Activity Update 6/1/2016: Construction work is ongoing. Expect excavation of Farmington Road (June 1 - June 14) and Murray Blvd (June 10 - 17), as well as prepping and pouring walkways beginning June 1 - 10.
PGE begins to install utility poles June 6 west of Murray Blvd and will close the right-hand westbound lane between 9:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Expect the same activity on the east side of the road beginning June 13, then switching to the west side once its complete. The right-hand lane may again be restricted from 9:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Flaggers will be onsite to help direct traffic. Expect daytime delays.
Left turns remain prohibited throughout the corridor along Farmington - plan accordingly. Travelers should expect long delays or are encouraged to use alternate routes (TV Highway or Allen Boulevard).
