Saltzman Rd (NW Cornell Rd - NW Bauer Woods Dr)
This project is divided into two phases.
Phase 1 is from NW Cornell Road to NW Bauer Woods Drive.
Phase 2 is from NW Bauer Woods Drive to NW Thompson Road. At this time only Phase 1 is funded and is currently in construction.
(Phase 1) The project includes the design, right-of-way acquisition, and construction of a 3-lane roadway (one travel lane in each direction with a center turn lane), including sidewalks, and bike lanes. Other improvements include storm drainage, illumination and utility upgrades. Also included are new traffic signals planned at NW Dogwood Street and at NW 128th Terrace.
