LUT Office Locations and Business Hours

The Department of Land Use and Transportation provides a wide range of transportation, planning, development review, permitting and road maintenance services. Staff primarily concerned with land use, planning and development are located at the Public Services Building (PSB) in downtown Hillsboro. Staff primarily concerned with roads are located at the Walnut Street Center (WSC) on Hillsboro's west end.

Staff is available to respond to phone calls, e-mails and faxes, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. However, walk-in customer reception hours vary. Please see below.
