RENTAL FEES

Weekdays:

  •  1 to 7 hours $70/hr
  • Over 8 hours: $85/hr  

Weekends/Holidays:

  • 1 to 7 hours $90/hr
  • Over 8 hours $95/hr

Meeting/Business Rental:

  • $40/hr

DEPOSITS AND FEES

  • Cleaning/Security Deposit $200 Refundable *(R)
  • Cancellation Fee With 30 Days Advance Notice $55     
  • Cancellation Fee Without 30 Days Advance Notice $120
  • Special Use Events Application Fee $120
  • Non-Transferable/Non-Refundable (NTNR) Staff Cost Per Hour $50
  • Additional Facilities Use Fee Security deposit $230 (R)

There is a three-hour minimum and set-up/clean-up time is included within the chargeable time.  For information on the Park fees call 503-846-8715.

Your party is responsible for set-up/clean-up

Full payment of the hourly charge and security deposit will reserve the date for your event.  Reservations are taken on a "first come/first serve" basis.

*(R): Refundable is subject to costs incurred due to excessive clean-up costs or, if the number of people in group exceeds stated number of persons in group on application.

(NTNR): Non-Transferable/Non-Refundable
