Facilities & Parks Services

WELCOME TO THE FACILITIES AND PARKS SERVICES DIVISION

Employees of the Facilities and Parks Services Division take pride in the maintenance and repair of nearly 30 County owned buildings (over 1.3 million square feet), grounds, parks (Scoggins Valley Park/Henry Hagg Lake, Metzger Park, and Eagle Landing Park) and associated hardscape. Our goal is to provide top-flight customer service and responsiveness that reflects our mission, guiding principles and pride in our profession and employer. The work of the division is accomplished with a blended compliment of County staff and outside contractors. County staff provides the majority of services through a highly qualified contingent of technical staff. Outside contractors are used for specialized services and workflow fluctuations. This combination provides quality services that are cost effective and responsive to customer needs.

MISSION

In partnership with our customers and within the bounds of our resources, we will plan, construct, operate and maintain County facilities that are efficient, cost-effective and well maintained.
