Financial Summaries
 2006 a new State law (ORS 294.710) was enacted providing an alternative to the formation of a Tax Supervising and Conservation Commission (TSCC). The alternative authorizes counties with populations greater than 500,000 to require each taxing jurisdiction within the County to submit certain financial summary information for publication on the County's web site. Portland State University has recently declared Washington County's population to be 536,370. Below are links to the financial summaries for all taxing jurisdictions in Washington County. The law requires that this information be submitted to the County prior to each jurisdictions first budget committee meeting. As a result, the information provided will be updated by each jurisdiction between January and June of each year as their budget approval process and schedule dictates. Below are the Financial Summary PDF templates. Complete and submit the form to Washington County prior to your jurisdiction's first Budget Committee meeting. Submit the form attachment to: sswashtscc@co.washington.or.us
Upon final adoption of your budget, scan and send a PDF copy of your LB-1 form to Washington County via the above e-mail address to be posted on the County's web site - Financial Summaries.
