Renewal Levies Information Event in Bethany Village

Washington County will convene a service fair at Bethany Village this Saturday, October 2, as part of the county’s public information effort about countywide public safety and library renewal levies on the ballot this November. The service fair will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. near the fountain at N.W. Bethany Boulevard and N.W. Central Drive.

County Service Fair at Bethany Village Oct. 2

 

Washington County's public information effort about countywide public safety and library renewal levies on the ballot this November will involve eight events designed to provide voters with impartial information. The next event will convene at Bethany Village near the intersection of N.W. Bethany Boulevard and N.W. Central Drive on Saturday, October 2, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. 

The eight county service fairs are intended to provide neutral information about Measure 34-179, the Public Safety Levy Renewal, and Measure 34-180, the Library Levy Renewal. The events will include information about the proposed services and costs for property tax payers. Two service fairs are planned within each of Washington County's four commissioner districts.
