On Thursday, December 2, the Washington County Board of Commissioners will host a virtual Town Hall with a focus on the County’s budget process and efforts to center equity in the provision of County services.

Board of Commissioners to host Town Hall about County budget process

Please join your Washington County Board of Commissioners for their fourth quarterly Town Hall of the year on Thursday, December 2 at 6:00 p.m. The Board is pleased to welcome representatives from several County departments, as well as community partners, to help co-host the event. These include Centro Cultural, Coalition of Communities of Color, SOAR Immigration Legal Services, Vision Action Network, and Washington County’s Office of Equity, Inclusion, and Community Engagement. Following a brief staff presentation about the County budget and efforts to center equity in the budget process, the public is invited to participate in an engaging virtual group activity, ask questions and share their perspectives with the Board as well as leadership staff from various County departments.
