A Discussion
New Residential Projects in Pre-Application Phase
Approximately 25 new homes are proposed on a site from 338th to 341st avenues north of TV Highway. The developer's open house was held March 21, attended by a CPO member.

For the property on 341st where a 60-home project is proposed, the neighborhood meeting will be held at 6:00 p.m. tonight (April 11) at Free Orchards Elementary School's Cafeteria. (Our CPO meeting will take place in the Library starting at 6:30 p.m.)

This CPO meeting's purpose is for community information about pre-application proposals, feedback, and education about the public process and decision-making. CPO volunteers provide a neutral, welcoming space where people can meet.
