The Steering Committee focuses, coordinates and guides the work of the hub. It oversees the Charter, manages communications and makes funding decisions. The Steering Committee has representatives from each of the hub committees and other key community and organization representatives.
The Operations Committee concentrates on continuous quality improvement of early learning programs and systems. Areas of focus include coordination, equity and parent engagement. Operations Committee meetings are open to the public. There are two sub-committees: Prenatal-Age 3 and Ages 4-6.
The Equity Committee promotes principals and practices which embed equity throughout the hub by holding people and organizations accountable. The committee has developed an equity lens which helps guide this effort.
The Parent Advisory Committee (PAC) proactively promotes leadership and engagement of parents throughout the work of the early learning system. It has two groups, PAC East and PAC West.
