Cascade AIDS Project (CAP)
Cascade AIDS Project and Washington County Public Health provide testing for persons at risk for sexually transmitted infections (STIs), including chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis and HIV. Spanish-speaking staff are available.
No-cost testing is available for those who qualify based on the following risks:
- You are a man who sometimes has sex with men.
- Your man has sex with other men.
- You have had sex with someone who may be HIV positive.
- You or your partner have multiple anonymous partners.
- You or your partner have shared needles.
- You have exchanged sex for something you needed or wanted.

Neighborhood Health Center (NHC) Hillsboro Clinic offers family planning and reproductive health services to Washington County patients.
NHC–Hillsboro offers sliding fee scale services based on income. However, no patient will be turned away due to inability to pay.

Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center
Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center operates three health clinics in Washington County. They are located in Hillsboro, Beaverton and Cornelius. These clinics offer primary care, women's and men's health, family planning, testing for sexually transmitted infections, and vaccines. Services are provided on a sliding scale based on income.
