Washington County is following the new health and safety framework announced by Governor Kate Brown. Although essential functions are still being provided throughout the organization, Washington County officials are taking immediate actions to limit person-to-person appearances among staff and the public unless absolutely necessary.
In following this guidance, the lobby to Washington County Developmental Disabilities is closed to the public with onsite services available by appointment only. The public is urged to access county services through telephone, email, webpages or other electronic means.
The majority of staff continue to work regular business hours remotely, providing services by phone and email. Documents may be placed in the drop box (see below) or mailed to 5240 NE Elam Young Parkway, MS 66A, Hillsboro, OR 97124. The public is encouraged to email through the Developmental Disabilities webpage or call 503-846-3150 for assistance, prior to coming onsite.
If you are facing a life-threatening emergency, please call 9-1-1
