Notice: Our lobby is open to the public from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, at both locations. Our offices are considered health care facilities and visitors are required to wear a mask. Community members are urged to continue accessing county services through telephone, email or webpages. Documents may be placed in the drop box or mailed to 5240 NE Elam Young Parkway, Suite 150, MS 66A, Hillsboro, OR 97124, or mailed or dropped off at our second office located at 3700 SW Murray Blvd, Suite 2100, MS 66E, Beaverton, OR 97007. If you are a person with an intellectual or developmental disability and need help getting vaccinated against COVID-19, please contact your services coordinator.

Need to drop off paperwork? Both locations have a secure mail drop box located outside the building and paperwork can be dropped off 24/7.
