EMS Advisory Council
The purpose of the EMS Advisory Council is to review, advise and make policy and operational/technical recommendations related to improving the delivery of Emergency Medical Services in Washington County, to the County EMS Office (WCEO) and the Board of County Commissioners (Board).
The 13-member council is comprised of:
- Emergency Ambulance Services Franchise Holder
- 911 Public Safety Access Point (PSAP)
- Washington County EMS Medical Director
- Hospital Emergency Department (ED) Physician
- Municipal Representative
- 2 Public/Consumer Representatives
- 2 Field Providers
- 3 Fire Service Agency Representatives
- EMS Program Supervisor
