How to Volunteer – A great place to start is with an overview of what being a Medical Reserve Corps (MRC) volunteer might entail and a look at the registration process. Please watch this informative five minute video created by the Oregon Health Authority.

  • When registering, please select only one county to serve. Selecting more than one will result in your application being rejected by the server.
  • If you want to be available for deployment by the state also, please select the State Managed Volunteer Pool (SMVP) option.
  • Check your e-mail for a confirmation of enrollment.

Required Forms - Please complete the following forms electronically or print and scan. All required trainings and paperwork must be returned within six months from date of joining. Please contact us if you need any assistance.
