The Washington County Crisis Line is always available to support people experiencing a behavioral health crisis. Concerned friends, family or community members are also encouraged to call.
The Crisis Line is staffed by experienced mental health professionals. All calls are confidential. The line also has trained peer support specialists. If you speak a language other than English, an interpreter will be provided.
The Crisis Line will assess your situation, offer support and safety planning. Staff can also provide referrals to local resources and treatment. Crisis Line staff work closely with other crisis services including the Hawthorn Walk-In Center, the Mobile Crisis Team, 9-1-1 and local emergency rooms.
