Culturally Specific Services

We know that some people have been through war, persecution and other traumatic events. We also know that many of our community members face racism and discrimination. Help is best when the person providing support speaks your language and understands what you need.

We try hard to offer care in a person’s native language whenever possible. Services are available to treat trauma from past events. Services are also available for individuals who have other significant mental health disorders and speak languages other than English. Care may include:

  • Case management
  • Medication
  • Group therapy
  • Individual therapy
  • Service coordination
  • Skills training

We have providers who offer services in many different languages. If your language of choice isn’t offered, we can provide translators so you can still get the help you need.

How to Get Care:

If you have insurance, contact member services for your plan to get a list of in-network providers. The member services number is usually found on the back of your insurance card or online.

If you do not have coverage and have a low income, you may qualify for free services from one of the providers below. Please call 503-291-1155 for more information. You can also call the provider directly.

If you are on the Oregon Health Plan (OHP), contact your Coordinated Care Organization (CCO) or visit our OHP page. Your CCO may have additional service providers available.
