Metro Bond Funding Announcements

Washington County Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) is now available.

Washington County is releasing $80 million in Metro Bond Funds for use in the Metro service district outside of Beaverton and Hillsboro. There is a $25 million set aside specifically for non-profits that meet the definition of a Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) and are based in Washington County. Download here:

Voucher Payment Standards, referenced on pages 10, 14, and 49 of the NOFA, are below. These are the maximum rents that can be charged for units assigned project based vouchers (PBVs).

Mandatory Developer Meeting
