The communities scheduled for renovation include; Bonita Villa, Parkside, Villager, Aloha Park and The Ridge at Bull Mountain. In total, 332 units will be modernized to ensure the long-term viability of the portfolio. This work will be wide ranging and staff will be working with residents on this plan. This coordinated rehab plan will be wide ranging; and with HAWC oversight and support, property management staff will be working with residents through the plan implementation.

HAWC has partnered with development consultants, investors and construction partners to complete up to $47 million dollars in rehab at these five sites. Once the construction commences on these five sites, HAWC will continue to work with our development consultant on a financing and construction plan for the remaining sites.
