What is the PHA Plan?
The PHA Plan is a comprehensive guide to public housing agency (PHA) policies, programs, operations, and strategies for meeting local housing needs and goals. The 2019 PHA Plan was approved Housing Authority Board of Directors on April 2, 2019, and will then be submitted for HUD approval. The 2017 Capital Fund Program Five Year Action Plan is also available.
