Land Use & Transportation (LUT)
Land Use & Transportation offices are open for in-person services during normal business hours. Customers are urged to continue to access services remotely - online, by phone or via U.S. Mail - to avoid the spread of COVID-19.
- The lobby in Suite 350 of the Public Services Building is open to the public for in-person building, development review and planning services. Hours
- Lobbies in our Walnut Street Center are closed, but in-person services are available by calling 503-846-7623. Hours
Customers entering our buildings are required to wear a facial covering (mask), practice physical distancing (at least six feet of separation) and adhere to occupancy limits.
Customers will also be asked to provide contact information for contact-tracing purposes.
