Rural Omnibus

Ordinance No. 877 proposes to amend the Community Development Code (CDC) to make changes required for consistency with state law and to improve clarity and organization. Amendments are limited in scope and focus on rural uses, including template forest dwellings, on farm and forest lands.

Tigard Urban Planning Area Agreement (UPAA)

Ordinance No. 879 proposes to amend the Washington County - Tigard UPAA, an element of the County Comprehensive Plan. Proposed updates include adding policies regarding coordination on land use and transportation planning in Tigard's identified Urban Reserve Planning Area and minor changes to the policies and processes for comprehensive planning in the Urban Planning Area. The planning area map is revised to reflect boundary changes since the last update.
